I'm Sardar Hassain
I design products where strategy meets empathy
turning complex problems into experiences people actually understand.
I love visual crafting, turning ideas into top-notch visuals
and building brand experiences that feel sharp, human and unforgettable.

Teams and companies I've designed alongside over the last eight years.
Real numbers from features that went live at Reliance Jio, measured post-launch, not projections.
Research led product work across ecommerce, SaaS and enterprise platforms, from discovery to shipped interface.
Systems thinking and human centered strategy to drive product market fit and technical scalability from day one
A fully deployed AI product ideated, designed and shipped at HackCulture powered by Sarvam AI.
HackCulture × Sarvam AIInsurance claims in India are broken. Patients chase paperwork for 45+ days, claims get rejected on technicalities, and no one owns the gap between hospital and insurer. Claim It closes that gap with AI chat, multilingual AI voice and an autonomous claim agent that drives the entire process end-to-end.

Founders, engineers and analysts I've shipped alongside, in their own words.
Ten projects across enterprise platforms, B2B tooling and consumer apps, built at Reliance Jio, Albertsons Companies India, and product companies in between.

“My process is rooted in empathy and research, uncovering what users truly need.”
With 8 years of experience in product UI and UX design, I bring a deep passion for understanding people, translating complex user needs into seamless, intuitive experiences that feel effortless to use.
My process starts with empathy and research: uncovering what users truly need, defining the right problems, and crafting solutions that serve both human and business goals. AI has become a natural extension of that process, helping me explore ideas faster through tools like Figma AI and Claude, and drawing sharper insights from user research.
Outside of work, a love for motorsport, travel and fitness keeps me sharp, curious and creatively energised. Qualities that find their way into every experience I design.
Three commitments that hold whatever the brief is.
By prioritising the needs, goals and preferences of end users, my process is guided by their input, which results in intuitive experiences that consistently exceed expectations. It enhances usability, builds loyalty and drives long term business success.
I follow an iterative process that enables continuous refinement through cycles of testing, feedback and enhancement. It ensures designs evolve to meet what users actually need. I believe no product is ever truly finished.
I am committed to inclusive design by considering the needs of underrepresented groups from the outset. Accessibility is held to WCAG 2.1 AA and written into the spec, so the final product serves a diverse user base rather than being retrofitted once it ships.
Every interface I ship is built and reviewed against WCAG 2.1, which organises accessibility into four principles. I design to AA, and treat the criteria as acceptance tests rather than a checklist at the end.
Colour contrast, keyboard paths, focus order, target size and error recovery are specified in the design file, so a component cannot be handed over without them.
WCAG 2.1 level AAInformation has to reach every sense a person is using. Text alternatives, captions, and contrast that holds up on a warehouse floor or a bright shop aisle.
Contrast, text alternatives, reflowEverything reachable by mouse has to be reachable without one. Full keyboard paths, visible focus, no timing traps, and targets big enough to hit on a moving train.
Keyboard, focus visible, target sizePlain language, predictable behaviour, and errors that say what went wrong and how to fix it. A message that only names the failure is half a message.
Labels, error identification, consistencyCorrect semantics and honest states, so assistive technology reads the interface the same way a sighted user sees it. Name, role and value on every control.
Semantics, name role value, status messagesThe four things a team gets when I join it.

In a rapidly evolving industry I stay ahead by integrating emerging trends and technologies. My adaptability keeps the work innovative and future ready.

I thrive on tackling challenges with a creative mindset, always seeking solutions that make projects stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

Fusing design, technology and business insight to develop products that are valuable and user friendly, but also technically and commercially viable.

I value open communication and collaboration, believing insight from every stakeholder matters. It is how designs end up exceeding expectations rather than just meeting them.

HackCulture × Sarvam AI · 12 hoursAI chat, multilingual voice and an autonomous AI agent that drives the full claim lifecycle with no manual hospital or insurer coordination needed.

In my free time I attend design workshops and design summits. Recently the ServiceNow Experience Summit and Myntra MYX, covering AI, user experience, Gen Z, human centered design and design thinking. Connecting with industry experts and peers gives me fresh perspective I can bring straight back into the work.
Motorsport, travel and athletic pursuit, the things that keep me sharp, curious and creatively energised.

I'm a motorsport enthusiast with a deep love for riding bikes. This passion has driven me to compete and win national and international cups across India. It taught me that when you commit fully, you unlock levels you never thought possible.
Travelling is how I explore myself, meeting new faces, learning new cultures, tasting new recipes, picking up fragments of new languages. Every trip grounds me in a deeper empathy and makes me a sharper, more curious designer and a better person to work with.
A fitness-obsessed hybrid athlete competing in Hyrox, Devil Circuit, marathons and more. When I'm not racing, I train beginners who want to start their fitness journey, because building up the next person is part of the discipline too.
